My name is Lilly, and I reside in a garden apartment renovated by Elect Renovations. I've never lived in a garden apartment before and was very apprehensive about it based on some not-so-nice stories that I'd heard about garden units.
I was given a date to come and see the unit to see if I still wanted to rent it and to say that I was pleased with it would be an understatement. The unit is open and airy with tons of charm. It has more of a sophisticated spa feel to it.
The walls are a wow factor with the beautiful brick and wainscoting that is featured in the bedroom, and bonus room and brings an elegant charm to the unit. The bedroom is surprisingly huge, with a nice size closet. and the bonus room that can double as a guest room or an office. Adds to the charm.
The bathroom room is my absolute favorite. It carries on the same spa feel that the rest of the unit has. It's roomy and cozy at the same time.
